Well this isn't how I wanted to do this but until I can get the SWF file I created to upload this will have to be it- as you might be able to tell I wanted this page and the next couple of pages to be animated because of the way I had structure several of the gags, The Flash file is done but my file host won't upload the file- keeps timing out. So as soon as I can get it uploaded I'll link it here but if any of you want to see the animated file just drop me a line and I'll email it to you.

100% BAD Page 21 is Now Online

After getting and ear full from Albert Bruno III I've created a Table of Contents that you can use to navigate the pages in order. It's just easier that scrolling through all the content.
